Script for Simplified Migration of Exchange Public Folders

In a blog post, the Microsoft Exchange team has introduced a new script that will make it much easier to migrate public folders in Exchange organizations.

With a "Source Validation" script, administrators can analyze the OU structure for orphaned ACLs, inconsistent Mail Enabled Public Folder Objects (MEBFs) or corrupted Recycle Bin objects before migrating and proactively react to possible complications. The script can be used to analyze legacy public folders hosted on Exchange Server 2010 as well as modern deployments on Exchange Server 2013, Exchange Server 2016 or Exchange Server 2019.
